What is delivered at handover?

A working tool under its own link, onboarding for your team and written documentation. It runs on your company’s accounts, with a perpetual right of use.

Which tasks are suitable?

Anything that recurs regularly and follows a pattern: quotes, reports, summaries, replies to enquiries, documents in your own layout. In the initial consultation, you receive a clear assessment of whether the task fits into a Sprint and how long it will take.

What happens to company data?

Which data the tool processes is defined in advance. The AI providers used do not use API data for training; hosting in the EU is available on request. A data processing agreement is concluded before the start.
