• The fonts are served from this website's own server. No connection to Google or other font providers is made.
• When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technically necessary access data (section 3).
• The AI question field and booking by e-mail are optional. Further data are only transmitted if you use them (sections 4 and 5).

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Avenue #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA. With every request, Vercel processes technically necessary data: IP address, date and time, the address requested, amount of data transferred, referrer (the page visited before, if your browser sends it), and browser and operating system.

The purpose is to deliver the website, keep it running reliably and fend off attacks. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in secure and functional operation. Access data are stored in Vercel's logs for a limited time only and are not combined with other data. The connection is encrypted with TLS.

Vercel processes the data as a processor under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR. This website's server functions run in Frankfurt am Main. Vercel delivers the pages themselves through a worldwide server network, usually from a location close to the visitor. A transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out. Vercel is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (adequacy decision, Art. 45 GDPR); the contract additionally contains EU Standard Contractual Clauses. In the “FAQ” section, an AI assistant answers your own questions about the offer. Using it is optional. When you submit a question, the text entered and the page language are transmitted to Anthropic Ireland, Limited, 6th Floor, South Bank House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, D04 TR29, Ireland. Anthropic generates an answer, which is returned to your browser.

Your IP address is not passed on to Anthropic. On this website's server it is used briefly, and only in working memory, to limit the number of requests (protection against misuse). Questions and answers are neither stored nor logged on this website.

Anthropic processes the data as a processor under a contract pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR and, under that contract, does not use them to train AI models. Anthropic may store inputs and outputs temporarily to detect misuse. Processing also takes place at the parent company Anthropic PBC in the USA, on the basis of EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR). More information: Anthropic's privacy notice.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest lies in answering questions about the offer directly. Please do not enter personal or confidential data in the question field.

The “Book a consultation” buttons open a prepared e-mail in your own e-mail program. Only when you send it does FERDINAND Studio receive your e-mail address, your name if given, and the content of the message. These data are used solely to handle your enquiry.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to entering into a contract), for other enquiries Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The e-mails are held by FERDINAND Studio's e-mail provider, which acts as a processor. They are deleted once the enquiry has been dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.

This website does not set cookies and does not store any data in your browser's storage, such as local storage.

Linked websites, such as ferdinand.studio, are only loaded when you click the link. Their own privacy notices apply.

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18) and data portability (Art. 20). Where processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you may object to it on grounds relating to your particular situation (Art. 21). A message to hello@ferdinand.studio is sufficient.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). The competent authority is the State Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information of North Rhine-Westphalia.
